Terms of Service
Plain version: seven days free, then whichever plan you picked. Cancel any time in your iPhone settings and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out. Apple handles the money, so Apple handles refunds.
01Acceptance
By downloading or using CloserIQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
02Subscription plans
CloserIQ is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, in three options:
Both include a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged anything. If you do not cancel, your chosen plan starts billing automatically when the trial finishes.
03Billing and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID once the free trial ends, or immediately if you subscribe without a trial. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same length and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your iPhone settings under Subscriptions. We cannot do it for you, and we never ask you to call us to cancel.
If you buy a subscription before your free trial ends, the unused part of that trial is forfeited.
04Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store refund policy. CloserIQ does not process refunds directly, because we never receive your payment. You can request one through Apple's "Report a Problem" page.
05Acceptable use
Use CloserIQ for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the app.
- Use it to train, scrape or build a competing product.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
- Share one subscription across a team. Each person using the app needs their own.
06AI-generated content
The prospects, objections, coaching tips and scores in CloserIQ are generated by artificial intelligence. They are a training aid, not professional sales, financial, legal or business advice. The AI can be wrong, and occasionally will be.
We do not promise that using CloserIQ will increase your close rate, your commission or your income. What you get out of it depends on the work you put in and plenty of things neither of us controls.
07Disclaimer of warranties
CloserIQ is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will improve your performance by any particular amount.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloserIQ and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
09Changes to the service and these terms
We may add, change or remove features as the app develops. If we make a change to these terms that materially affects you, we will post it here with an updated date and flag it in the app. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
